AI as Advisor
Ask AI to lay out recovery options, benefits and risks. Make roles explicit: AI proposes, you decide.
Prompt engineering in practice: AI as Advisor, Analyst and Auditor.
One real-world project scenario. Three practical prompt patterns. Better decisions, with you in charge.

We use one fictional project that is running late. An AI assistant reads its current status in Businessmap. You see how a better brief leads to a better result.
Ask AI to lay out recovery options, benefits and risks. Make roles explicit: AI proposes, you decide.
Compare options against time, cost, resources and quality. Change the priority and watch the ranking change.
Ask AI to question its own answer, then check the important claims against the original project data.
See all three prompt patterns in action, then try them in your own work.
Not prompt tricks. A repeatable way to use AI in day-to-day project and decision work.
State the task, context, limits, expected output and decision-maker.
Use AI to prepare options without delegating accountability.
Set priorities and make the trade-offs visible.
Identify assumptions and verify key claims against the source.
Join the live demonstrations and ask your questions as the story develops. Questions are welcome in Bulgarian or English.

Ivo has more than 20 years of experience helping organisations in banking, fintech, government and technology improve how they work. He is a senior expert and course author on the EU-funded GenAISA project, and has trained over 2,700 professionals from more than 280 organisations.
View speaker profile ↗The training is designed to provide at least 60 minutes of relevant learning, including educational Q&A. Eligible attendees can self-report one Education PDU in the Ways of Working category. PMI determines acceptance of each claim.
Important: This is an independently organised training, not a PMI-registered course or PMI endorsement. A certificate documents attendance; it does not guarantee PDU approval. The PDU must be relevant to the PMI certification you hold. Only actual qualifying learning time counts. We require attendance for the full session as a condition of issuing the certificate.
The same practical ideas are covered step by step in GenAISA’s Prompt Engineering for Generative AI (VET) course. Participants receive an enrolment code during the training and in the follow-up email.
No coding required. After registering, check your spam or junk folder for the verification email.
